You can use it in production environment.

Upon using TypeMock for the first time.
you are getting the trial license for 30 days (for free).
The trial license let use all the features of enterprise version.

Btw, is there any guidelines for deploying TM.Net to the production environment, like the daily build machines, etc? Or I just simply install the downloaded .msi is enough?

Yes you can use the Community edition after the trail period is over.

If you want to use TypeMock on the build machine without installing
the msi you will need enterprise license.
