Loading Visual Studio Add-In failed...

I installed TypeMock V3.5.1 as Admin (one-click-install), however i get an error like this:

Das Add-In "TypeMock.NET" konnte nicht geladen werden oder hat eine Ausnahme ausgelöst....
Fehlermeldung: Falscher Parameter
Fehlernummer: 80070057

That's the german version of the error, because its the localized version of Visual Studio. The error relates to:

"The Add-in TypeMock.NET failed to load or caused an exception
...
Error Message: <Wrong Parameter>
Error Number: 80070057

Furthermore there are no menu-entries in the Tools(Extras) section!?

Anyone an idea? Thanks
