typemock vs 2010 addon unable to load

hi:

my vs2010 can not load typemock addon after install typemock
(setup file name: TypemockIsolatorSetup606.msi)

my develop machine software spec as follows:
windwos 2008 r2(chinese traditional)
vs 2010 utimate (chinese traditional)

i found another instrest thing:
when my vs 2010 is utimate english version, this problem is gone.

please help us to identify this problem.
