If the test assembly doesn't have a reference to Isolator, it can be added a new attirbute with the same name and the runner will treat it the same way as it was decorated with Typemock DontRun attirubte.
Examples

Usage example to signal runner to not run the test automatically
[TestMethod]
           [DontRun]
           public void SpecialTest()
           {
               // Test logic here
           }
Examples

An example of custom attribute defined in test assembly
[AttributeUsage(AttributeTargets.Method | AttributeTargets.Class)]
           public class DontRunAttribute : Attribute { }
