unable to download the integrated help for v4.1.0

After I logged into the site, I tried downloading the integrated help for version 4.1.0 and got this error:

File not found: enterpriseFiles/TypeMockIntegratedHelpSetup410.zip

I've gotten this same error both yesterday and today. I have a license for the Enterprise Edition.
