Mock.ExpectGetIndexAlways has a returning value of IIndexSetParameters instead of IIndexGetParameters.

Very true :oops:
This will be fixed in the next version (Should be out very soon).
In the meantime, if you need a quick and dirty fix use: 
mock.ExpectGetAlways("Item",value)
