Code coverage sidebar widget not displaying correctly

I have written a unit test against a method and have almost full coverage.  I see the sheild next to the method under test, and when I click on it, I see this. Notice that it says that there is 79% coverage, but the green sidebar stops short of indicating the lines covered.  I have seen this work correctly in other methods under test in other solutions.  I also see it extend the length of the whole unit test (CanHandleCreditCardPartialApproval) when I click on the shield next to it.  I have deleted the Isolator.cache file, and reopened.  Still no work.  How do I get this working again?
